The following information is needed to complete review of the application: 1.Height Calculations . SW Corner. The elevation of the SW corner is shown as 379, but it is almost · adjacent to the 378 topography line. Please revise the height calculations. Elevation Views. On the elevation views, please label the average grade, actual, · and maximum as shown on the site plan. For example the average grade should read 3xx.xx, not 0.0. Or all of the calculations may be done in reference to the datum, so the average grade may be 8x.xx. Survey. Since the proposed residence will be constructed to the maximum · allowable height, it would be in your best interest to provide a survey of the property. However, this is not a requirement. 2.Rockeries. The site plan shows multiple rockeries on the site as existing. Please clarify if the two rockeries along the north property line and west of the pathway are also existing. If they are proposed, please demonstrate how the rockeries meet code compliance. All rockeries within the setback areas may not exceed 3-feet in height above original grade. Please make all submittals to a Development Services Permit Coordinator, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to noon or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please provide 3 new copies of the revised site plan (1 reduced copy) and two copies of the revised elevation views. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at (425) 771-0220 ext. 1330.
