I have attached a drawing that depicts easement areas centered over the easements. The following is what will be required: • 30-ft easement centered over the sewer main • 30-ft easement centered over the storm main • 40-ft easement centered over the water main As presented at the Planning Board, the public utility easements will need to be granted to the City as a condition of the Official Street Map amendment. Prior to this item being presented before the City Council, we will need a document from you that depicts these easement areas. The preliminary plat should not be used as the base map for showing these easements as the development is not the subject of review at this time. If you'd like to meet to discuss any of this, please let me know and I can arrange for a meeting. Otherwise, please provide the requested document and allow sufficient time for any comments I may have following review of the document, all of which will need to happen in advance of the public hearing before City Council.
