Mr. Gray,
The City of Edmonds has reviewed the submittal for the Kero's Auto landscape modification and
additional information and clarifications are needed for continued review of the application. Please
respond to the following so review of the application can proceed:
Stormwatef•: Include impervious surface area chart identifying Existing impervious surface areas
(constructed prior to 1977) and new impervious surface areas (constructed post 1977). If the total
new impervious surface area exceeds 2000 square feet, stormwater management will be
required. The drainage plan approved (but never issued) in 2012 indicated a total new impervious
surface area of 2,535sf. It appears as though the removal of the impervious area shown on the
revised landscape plan submitted in December will bring the new impervious area below 2000
square feet and if this is accurate then stormwater management will not be required.
