During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Side Sewer:
1. Show a required cleanout at 2 feet from where the existing side sewer exits the proposed addition.
Drainage/Detention:
1. Show rim and invert elevations on detention system.
2. Show detail of detention control structure.
3. Show how detention system will connect to existing City storm conveyance system (Note: storm outlet
will not be allowed to “daylight.”
Erosion Control
1. Show how erosion control is met, and what methods are employed on the site plan.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
