Nonsignificance (DNS) under WAC 197-11-340(2) for the above project.This decision was
made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the
lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.

:The project described above requires SEPA review because it involves 10
new dwelling unitsplus approximately 1105cubic yards of excavation.
