This project is approved for the Structural Only permit. The Structural drawing review
has been completed and accepted for permit with the approved stamped drawings
returned to the City of Edmonds.
The following items were redlined on the drawings.
• Maximum block wall height shall not exceed 3' as per the design.
• The rockery wall shall be battered back a minimum of 1 horizontal to 6
vertical.
• The concrete retaining wall shall have a 1.1.12 clear hold dimension for the
vertical reinforcement.
• The wedge anchor hole must be cleans with a nylon brush and the hole blown
out to remove the remaining dust.
All other sets must be modified accordingly to reflect this information.
Your plans are being reviewed concurrently with the Building Department, Planning
Department, and Public Works Engineering. Changes, clarifications or additional
corrections may be required subsequent to the Building Department review, when
comments are received from the other concerned departments.
