The driveway access (east property line zone) required modest cut and fill in
order to establish a proper grade and sub -grade preparation.
Contractor properly placed rock sub -base, as required by Project Plans. All fill
material and placement techniques are geotechnically approved.
• Erosion Control: Contractor properly established and continued to maintain good
erosion control practices: rocked construction entrance, siltation fencing, straw
bales as required, and diligent cleanup. All erosion control measures are
approved through this date (June 11, 2006).
• Proof Rolling - Driveway: This engineer inspected and verified proper sub -base
preparation, materials and compaction of the east driveway road. Heavily loaded
