Attachments: OLD MILL TOWN -TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE CALC..pdf; support information.pdf
Rick,
The City Engineer and I have found your assessment of the traffic impact fees for the entire Old Milltown building to be
acceptable. As you have shown in the attached, no impact fees are due after total review of the vacant tenant spaces
and currently proposed tenant uses.
have listed below the permit applications I was able to find on file with the City for this building. I have noted the
status of each. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
Las Brisas — bld20120313 —submitted 4/26/201.2. Currently under review by various City staff.
Edmonds Vision Clinic — bld20120231 —Ready to Issue. Permit fees due= $1499.50
The Hotel Group — b1d20120197 —Ready to Issue. Adjustments to the traffic impact fees have been made. Permit fees
due = $1859.50
Regards,
Jeanie

Subject: Old Mill Town - Combined Traffic Impact Fees
Jeanie:
As discussed last week, we have prepared a spreadsheet (along with supporting information) that shows the total
required Traffic Impact Fees for the Upper Dayton and Old Milltown Buildings.
At this time it appears to us that based upon the proposed tenants and their areas, there are no traffic impact fees
owed. In light of these findings, we would request that the City review the attached information and verify that it
matches with their records.
If the chart is found in conformance with the original fees paid and current fees due, we would request that the City issue
a brief written response to this effect. This statement will then allow us to pay the owed fees and pickup the two current
tenant improvements that are awaiting final fee determination.
Thank you for your help in this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments.
Warm regards,
RICK GRIMES, AXA, C Y f PPUNCIPAL
