During re-review of the above noted revisions, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please provide written responses to each comment as to
how it has been addressed (support with code sections where applicable), and where changes can be
found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit
Coordinator.
In comparing the original plumbing plans with the latest architectural revisions (plan date 8/28/08),
the following items need to be addressed on the revised plumbing plans.
1)On Sheet P1, show location and size of RPBAs for domestic and irrigation (also note if they are
in hot boxes or vaults). These were shown on the original plumbing plans.
2)Sheet P1.01 shows a parking area which is now shown as retail on the architecturals.
Revise accordingly.
3)Architectural plans show a floor drain at the stair landing at grid G/2.5. Please add to the plans.
4)Architectural plans show a storage room at grid F/4, while Sheet P4 shows a water closet.
Coordinate with architecturals.

5)Show all 2 floor plumbing on P1.01 and cross-reference the enlarged restroom plumbing plans.
6)Note the use of space at the upper floor oil/water separator. This is also a correction on the
architectural revisions. Why is the oil/water separator needed at this location?
7)Add plumbing notes that were on the original plumbing plans (for example, pipe materials, trap
primers at floor drains, minimum slope, etc.).
