EXHIBIT 7 CU -2008-3 4-3€i-08 Olympic View Water and Sewer District Roger Eberhart, PE; General Manager 23275 Edmonds Way Edmonds, WA 98026 Regarding: Equipment and Materials Center Dear Mr. Eberhart, I am a customer of Olympic View Water and Sewer Distract; in fact I live close to the Olympic View Office. I live on 238fll Street SW, just east of the office, by about 1 block. Mr. Eber_hart, my concern is about the potential increase of vehicles pulling out of the Olympic View Lot; onto East bound Edmonds Way. I have already seen on various occasions, Olympic View Water District vehicles pulling aggressively out of the Lot, and in one instance nearly resulting in an accident, with another vehicle, turning off of Edmonds Way, onto 238h St SW, going towards Safeway. Safety is my concern, and with more vehicles and potentially larger vehicles, pulling out onto Edmonds Way, I am concerned and want to voice this concern to you_ Please, if you can inform your staff of this potential issue and if traffic is heavy, etc. to have them first turn west, towards downtown Edmonds, going to the next light to turn around. Thank you for. listening. Jon Brown 8912 238`x' St SW Edmonds, VSA 9.80261 . Their proposal to relocate the driveway further away from the intersection is better than their existing arrangement. The number of trips in and out of the site will also reduce from the current use. Thank you! Like, they're proposing to have their Vactor truck disposal there, plus storing all sorts of equipment on site and I'm wondering if we'd have any sort of traffic -related conditions just because they'll be using Edmonds Way. If so, let me know. Thanks!
