Project: Open Bible Church Short Plat
A preliminary review was done with the materials provided and we have the following
comments.
1. The short plat cannot be approved with the existing house straddling the proposed lot line
between lot 1 and lot 4.
2. Zero lot line construction must comply with the fire resistive requirements of section R302 of
the International Residential Code. Each separate unit must also comply with all other IRC
requirements for dwelling units.
