During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1. Please show proposed location of silt fence on TESL plan.
2. The existing silt fence detail on the TESC plan is not per Edmonds standard. Please show a corrected
detail.
3. Show locations of new side sewer and water service line on site plan.
4. "Driveway flow direction," as noted on the infiltration plan, possesses insufficient detail on how
driveway runoff is to be collected and routed. Please note the structures used to collect and route said
runoff to the detention system.
5. Call out detention elevations on infiltration plan. Note that the detention pipe diameter requires the use
of TY II catch basins.
6. Due to increased traffic volumes on 238"' St SW, the existing gravel/dirt driveway will no longer be
allowed for ingress / egress to that street. Please remove that portion of it from the site plan.
Please resubmit three copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
