As per the Correction Notice dated November 30, 2010, a demolition permit is required
to remove the partially built accessory structure near the stream at the subject property.
Planning also needs to review the demolition permit before issuance to ensure that critical
area requirements are maintained.
Please apply for a demolition permit at your earliest convenience by February 28, 2011.
The accessory structure will need to be completed 30 days after the demolition permit is
issued.
