Before I can sign off on it I still need the following: 1.Covered Porch and Patio: Thank you for showing the wood deck and cement slab in the backyard on your new site plan. If I recall correctly, you had decided to remove the porch cover, rather than try to get it permitted. I checked with the Building Division and discovered that removing it will require a demolition permit. Also, the area covered by deck and patio is considerably larger than what was permitted earlier. Therefore, a critical area determination is still required. Please submit the following: a.If the porch cover is to be removed, obtain a demolition permit. (If it is to be retained we will need you to add complete construction details to the plans including size of footings, posts, roof framing, height etc.) Please contact Jennifer Readwin at (425) 771-0220, extension 1703 if you have any questions on this. b.Since not all the work was interior work, I cannot state for certain it is allowed work until I do a reconnaissance of the site. Therefore, we will require a critical areas determination. Submit the following: (i)A completed Critical Areas Checklist (attached with mailed copy, or available on-line); (ii)$135 fee. Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator, and provide two copies of any revised plans or elevations and three copies of any site plans.
