During review of the revisions for the above noted project, it was found that the following
information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses to each
comment as to how it has been addressed and where changes can be found on the plans. Please
submit revised plans/documents to a Permit Coordinator.
1. Only revisions to the Shell -Core plans were received. If I understood correctly, the space to the
east of the market was not going to be divided into shell -core tenant spaces, but remain one large
shell -core tenant space. This will require revisions to the Tenant Improvement plans as well.
As discussed on the phone, the shell -core space must meet all minimum fire and life -safety
requirements. Please submit 3 sets of plans.
2. On Sheet A1.3, remove references to "retail west", "retail east", "office suite", "food
processing", etc. as explained above.
