On August 30, 2017 our field crew took field measurements based upon the vertical
datum and bench mark as shown on the current approved construction plans to verify the
highest roof peak of the newly constructed building 10 at 50 Pine Street. Per our field
measurements the as -built elevation of the highest roof peak on said building is 186.9
feet.
