IN CONSIDERATION of benefits to accrue to the grantor(s) herein, the undersigned, John Goodman,
Manager of GRE Edmonds Way LLC, hereby grant(s) to the CITY OF EDMONDS, a Municipal Corporation, a
permanent Public Pedestrian Access Easement to provide the public with pedestrian access over and across the sidewalk
located within the easement areas described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached. The responsibility and duty to repair,
maintain and reconstruct said sidewalk shall be that of the abutting property owner in accordance with City of Edmonds
Code.
The easement hereby granted is located in the COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON,
and is more particularly described as the following property:

drawings attached as Exhibit B.
