The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been addressed/completed.
I do not see a dishwasher in the kitchen plans. Is this correct?
It is best to install the HGI as close as possible to the fixtures that drain into it. Placing the HGI closer to the 3-comp sink and closer to the SW back door may be a better location
to reduce the length of the grease drain and for HGI servicing.
A maintenance log/manifest is required to be posted on a wall near the HGI and will be filled out at each cleaning or pump out by the vendor or whoever performs this service.
Pump out vendor receipts or copies of the receipts will be kept at this location for a five year period and shall be made available for inspection upon request.
