The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the
following items have been addressed/completed.
1.The plumbing plans of the kitchen clearly show which fixtures go where. These
plans show the fixtures connected to the GT and fixtures going to the sanitary
with dedicated waste lines.
2.Pretreatment accepts the submitted kitchen plans and will offer no changes.
3.An approved/signed GT sizing sheet is required before this permit can be
approved by pretreatment.
4.Please complete and return to me by email the Hydromechanical Grease
Interceptor portion of the City of Edmonds Grease Trap & Grease Interceptor
Permit Submittal Requirements Form. The Hydromechanical Grease interceptor
sizing work sheet will be included with this plan review when sent to the permit
applicant.
5.Will the GT be installed above ground or underground? If the GT is installed
underground, be sure to leave sufficient space above the GT for removing the lid
during GT maintenance.
6.The smallest size permitted for a grease trap is 35 gallons.
