The following comments are in reference to the listed conditions of approval from the preliminary short plat decision of September 10, 2015 and the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC): On Sheet C3.0, a block wall is shown on the west side of the entry road. At 30 -foot intervals along the wall, indicate its top of wall elevation and the original grade in those locations. If it is easier, this information could be shown on Sheet C1.0 instead. On Sheet L1, show the location of permanent critical area signs on Lots 2 and 3. One wetland sign and one stream sign would be appropriate for Lot 3 while one stream sign would be appropriate for Lot 2. Add a detail for each type of sign in accordance with ECDC 23.40.030.G.2 and 23.90.030.F.
