Ms. Chermak,
I have reviewed the resubmitted application materials for the above building permit and it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed
before the Planning Division review can continue.
Height Calculations:
Please make the following corrections on the site plan and building plans:
Indicate the location and elevation of the datum point used for the height calculations on
your site plan.
Relabel the height points for both the pool house and house addition to correspond to the
height table
Revise the height table for the house addition. Only four elevation points are needed, five
are included in the height table.
Change the maximum height for the pool house to reflect 15 feet instead of 25 feet.
Plan Elevations:Please revise the plan elevation sheet(A6)accordingly to match the
updated height information.
Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division
may require additional changes to the site plan beyond those discussed above. A revised
site plan addressing the above cited issues should be completed once you have received
comments from the other reviewing divisions.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copy), two copies of
the addendum to the geotech letterand two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays,
Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and Wednesdays between 8:00am and
