RE:Planning Division comments for file (1003 Spruce Street)
Mr. Day,
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before the
Planning Division review can continue.
Height Calculations:
Please make the following corrections on the site plan and building
plans:
A new datum point is neededin accordance with thecity’s height calculation
information(see attached height calculation handout)
Make the necessary height corrections based off of the new datum point. Please note
ontheexisting site plan points C and D do not reflect theelevation indicated in the
height table.
Plan Elevations:Please note that with potential changes inthe height calculations on
your site plan you will need to revise the plan elevation sheet(sheet 5)accordingly to
match the updated height information.
Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division
may require additional changes to the site plan beyond those discussed above. A revised
site plan addressing the above cited issues should be completed once you have received
comments from the other reviewing divisions.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan (including one reduced copyand two copies
of any revised building plan sheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office
hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and
