Dear Mr. Sessler:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found
that the following corrections will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Height Calculations: Please amend the site plan submitted with the building permit application to
address the following:
1. Please explain what information you used to create the contours on the site plan
2. Please label the contour elevations
Please verify the elevations (A, B, C, D) to one another and to your datum point. The
contour locations on the plan, elevation of the datum point and elevations around the house
do not correlate to one another.
4. Are you still removing the existing roof over the deck? This was not mentioned in the permit
application. If the roof will remain, elevation points B and C will need to move north to line
up with the covered portion of the deck.
5. Please indicate the height of the existing roof line on your elevation drawing.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
