On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review
of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need
to be addressed. Please respond to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
Datum Point: Please provide a datum point on the site plan. The datum point should be something
that has a permanent location such as a manhole cover or water meter. The datum point is used
verify the height of the structure during the height inspection.
2. Landscape Cost Estimate: Please provide an itemized cost estimate covering landscaping and
irrigation (including labor) which will be used to determine the amount of the maintenance bond for
the site landscaping.
Easements: In conjunction with the design review of this project, it was noted that an easement
would be needed for the storm line to cross over adjacent properties. A notice of intent to provide
the storm water easement was submitted during design review. Prior to the approval of the
building permit the easement will have to be executed. Please provide a copy of the easement for
the storm water utilities on the Sunrise Edmonds Condominium property at 8512 — 242nd Street SW.
