Dear Mr. Tran:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can continue:
1.
Supplemental Geotech Required: The proposed patio extends into slopes greater than 40%. Slopes of
40% or greater are categorized as potential landslide hazard areas. Please provide a supplement to the
existing geotech report to address the new proposed patio and associated wall.
Please submit the supplemental geotech memorandum to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our
office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am 4:30 pm, and Wednesdays 8:30
am to noon.
