That a covenant be filed with Snohomish County indicating that the owner assume responsibility•for reconstruction of the driveway to City standards, -if the City widens the roadway of.. Talbot Road.'. Also, the applicant must submit an engineering - plan for final approval by the City of Edmonds. V..27-78 WILLIAM CLMELL: We recommend denial of the variance because of the safety hazard created by the approximate 22 percent slope of the paved driveway which serves two lots.
