The following is our comments on the subject agenda:

CU-18-78-and V-41-78 VIRGIL SCOTT: We recommend approval subject'
to the following.
That a covenant be filed with Snohomish County indicating that
the owner assume responsibility•for reconstruction of the
driveway to City standards, -if the City widens the roadway of..
Talbot Road.'. Also, the applicant must submit an engineering -
plan for final approval by the City of Edmonds.
V..27-78 WILLIAM CLMELL: We recommend denial of the variance
because of the safety hazard created by the approximate 22 percent
slope of the paved driveway which serves two lots.
V-32-78 BRYCE NUCKOLS: The access easement does not conform to
City code; therefore, additional setback variance is required.
We recommend re -application including variance for easement and
pavement width.
V-_33-78 FRANK FLETCHER: No comment.
