CORRECTION
The following plans have been evaluated under the 2003 International Fire Code and
Edmonds Community Development Code.
1. If dead-end streets, or driveways, singly or in combination, are over 300 feet
long, additional public hydrants shall be installed so that the fire hydrants (FH)
spacing is not over 600 feet (on-center). Submit site plan showing new public

FH located at west entry to driveway on 8 Ave N.
2. With civil plans, Include COE detail E7.1 for FH installation. City standard
details can be found at http://www.ci.edmonds.wa.us/engr_dept.stm.

Owner clarified that lot 1 is accessed from easement off 9 Ave N.
Lot 1 meets COE spacing requirements from east.
Lots 2 & 3 meet COE spacing requirements from west.
No additional FHs required.
