Engineering has reviewed the subject application and provides the following comments.
A total number of 3 parking spaces are required to be provided on site. Only one parking
space is allowed to be tandem per City Code. Please provide a revised site plan showing the
following:
1. A total number of 3 parking spaces meeting minimum dimensions of 8 t/2 x 16 t/2 feet.
Only one of which can be tandem.
2. 80th Ave W street right of way and limits of paving.
3. Please confirm that the entire paved portion of the driveway, dimensioned at 29' in length,
is located on private property.
4. Show any required changes to the driveway curb cut, etc.
