As you requested, this cover letter addresses your comments to Henson Short Plat. Based
on your comment letter dated January 27, 2015, we are addressing your comments in
order.
General
1. Filled out bond quantity worksheet.
2. Traffic control plan is now included. A haul route plan is not required, as the site
grading has been redesigned for a rough balanced between cut and fill. Import and
export of soil is not expected other than general import of trenching and driveway
subgrade material.
3. Note added to the grading plan.

5. Approval block has been revised.
6. Created separate OVWSD approval sheet with signature block.
7. Acknowledged. Future SFR on lot 2 is not planned have more than 3,000 feet

Sheet 2 of 3 — Site Development Plan
1. Proposed dry utility line location shown. Existing dry utilities to be located by
Locate Services prior to start of construction to verify any crossing conflicts.

extension crossing on storm system profile.
3. Sewer and drainage separation now shown on profile view.
4. No new asphalt is proposed in the vicinity of the existing power pole at the SE
corner of the site. The power pole is located approximately 3 feet from existing
asphalt and 4 feet from the proposed back of sidewalk. The symbol east of the
power pole represents a streetlight secured to the power pole.
