The LLA handout describes what is needed to make application: http://www.edmondswa.gov/images/COE/Services/Permits and Development/Forms and Handouts/ P47 - Lot Line Adjustment.pdf. For the short plat, there are no fees due immediately to complete the preliminary plat. Going forward, however, fees will be required for the review of the civil improvements ($1,000, subject to change) as well as final plat ($405, subject). There will also likely be bonding monies required as part of the civil improvements but that amount is based on the value of the improvements themselves. I hope this helps. If you need anything else, please let me know. As a reminder, May 15 is the deadline for response to comments on PLN-2008-0077 or submit a letter requesting the 90-day extension in accordance with ECDC 20.02.003.D.2: 2.
