Engineering has reviewed and approved the subject application with the following conditions
to be noted in the staff report.
Trees to be removed shall be located entirely on private property. A separate right-of-way
construction permit shall be submitted for review and approval of any proposal to remove
trees located within the City right-of-way.
The tree cutting plan shows an area with added parking spaces that was not part of the recent
building permit approval for the Klahaya swimming pool addition. Parking lot revisions shall
be submitted to the City, under a separate application, for review and approval.
