The Engineering Division has found that the subject 2-lot short plat meets the requirements
established for civil subdivision improvements in accordance with Edmonds Community
Development Code (ECDC) 20.75 and is approved and authorized for recording.
Civil construction plans were submitted to the Engineering Division on August 12, 2011,
2008 and approved for construction on April 5, 2012consistent with ECDC 20.75.120.
Civil construction improvements listed as conditions of approval in attachment 7of the staff
report and as shown on the approved civil construction plans were constructed by the
contractor and approved by the Engineering Division on December 19, 2012.
The subject development did not include grants of easements to the City or street dedications.
