Engineering has reviewed and approved the subject application with the following condition
to be noted in the staff report.
Tree removal operations shall remain entirely on site. No portion of the tree shall fall within
the City right-of-way. A separate right-of-way construction permit shall be obtained from the
City prior to any sidewalk closures, should closure become necessary.
