Engineering has reviewed and approved the subject application with the following condition
to be noted in the staff report.
Vegetation provided near driveway approaches shall be placed so as to maintain a clear line of
sight. For trees near driveway approaches, a minimum 7-foot clear area shall be provided
underneath the tree canopy. Low growth vegetation near driveway approaches shall have a
mature height of 3-feet.
