Dear Mr. Greene,
Thank you for submitting the required documentation and application fees for the above -
referenced permit; your application is complete according to ECDC 20.02.003. However, while
the application is technically complete, additional clarification is required. Please address all
comments in a written response and by providing updated plans, as appropriate:
1. There appears to be a discrepancy between the southern boundary line of proposed
Lot 2 and the platted southern boundary line of Lot 79 on the Edmonds Sea View
Tracts plat. Please explain how the found %" rebar at the southwest corner of Lot 2
came to be and how that reconciles with the existing plat and deed descriptions. If
there are other records you've found, please provide them.
Assuming the County Assessor's parcel information is accurate, and if the desire is to
square off Lot 2, that cannot simply be done by lot line adjustment. A street
vacation process would need to be completed. Please see Handout E76 for more
detailed information:
