The applicant has since revised their site plan showing compliance with the parking requirements. In addition, the August 1 Oth comments required traffic impact fees to be paid consistent with City Code and handout E82. With the current submittal the applicant is requesting to not use the ITE Land Use Category of Medical Office. In order for the City to consider an alternate traffic impact fee an independent fee calculation prepared by a traffic consultant would need to be submitted to the City for review and approval. The fee for the City traffic engineer to review this document would be $200. If the applicant does not wish to go through this process, the City will accept an ITE land use category of Medical Office for the proposed space. Thank you. City of Edmonds
