Please respond to the following items so I can continue to process your application: Site Plan: Please revise the site plan to clearly identify the required parking spaces and all accesses to both the primary residence and the ADU. 2. Elevation Views: Please include an East elevation view along with the other elevation views. 3. Floor Plan: On the floor plans, please show all rooms and spaces within the home (it appears the plans are missing the second floor of the primary residence). All ADU windows and doors shall be dimensioned including the sill height of all sleeping room windows. The floor plan must show smoke alarms (smoke detectors) in all sleeping rooms and one in the outside hall and one on each floor. 4. Adjacent Property Owners List: Please provide an adjacent property owners list for properties within 300 feet of the subject site. Instructions on how to compile and adjacent property owners list are contained with City Handout #P2. Please note that your Accessory Dwelling Unit application will be placed on hold until a response is received regarding the above items. According to ECDC 20.02.003.13, the above requested information must be submitted within 90 days (or by September 9, 2013) or the application will expire.
