corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please ask the applicant to revise and resubmit plans
addressing each of the comments below.
Please confirm, visits to the site will not be made by more then 1 vehicle per hour,
consistant with Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC)
20.20.020(C)Reasons for Denial(3).
2. Please provide a detailed site plan showing existing parking dimensions and label
surface area (concrete driveway, gravel or landscaped). ECDC requires a minimum
of 8.5'x16.5' for a parking stall.
