The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for the home occupation conditional use permit. Additional information is
requested from the applicant at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to the following.
The site plan submitted on August 4th, 2014 indicates an existing paved area on the property
with access from the alley. Please provide dimensions of this area to confirm it will meet the
required parking requirements. Per the Edmonds Community Development Code, standard
parking stalls shall be a minimum 8.5-feet in width x 16.5-feet in length.
