Please accept this letter as the City's notice to applicant of determination of completeness pursuant to ECDC 20.02.003. The City will issue a Notice of Application pursuant to ECDC 20.03.002 within two weeks and request comments from those on the Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list you provided with the application. The Notice will also be published in the Everett Herald and posted at the Edmonds Public Library and Public Safety Building. I will also come out and install a small blue project notification sign at the site as well. Comments will be accepted for fourteen days from the date the Notice is published.
