Your land use application for the 14 unit residential development project located at 8000 2121h
St. SW and 21216 80' Ave. W (File No. PLN20150050) is considered complete pursuant to
Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002. Within the next two weeks I will
be notifying your neighbors and the general public, through postings and legal notice in the
paper, of your project. The public and your neighbors will be afforded a two week comment
period. Once the comment period is completed, I will continue my review of your application.
Please note, however, that although it has been determined that the application meets the
procedural submission requirements and is therefore complete, additional information may be
needed as city staff continue with review of the application. Staff will contact you as our review
continues if additional information is necessary.
