Brackett's Corner — 8000 — 212th St SW
The comments provided below are based upon review of the application and documents
submitted for design review for Brackett's Corner at 8000 — 212th St SW. Additional
information is requested from the applicant at this time. Please ask the applicant to respond to
the following.
1. Please provide analysis of the 212th and 80th St intersection and proximity of the
proposed north driveway to the intersection.
2. In addition, assessment of the clear area and acceptable turning radii for the trash and
recycle haulers shall be completed. It was noted during the Development Review
Committee meeting that the overhangs and tight radii could be problematic. Please
provide confirmation that the haulers are acceptant of the current proposal.
3. The June 15, 2015 geotech report prepared by Liu & Associates includes a Site and
Exploration Location Plan that identifies test pit locations. One of the test pit
locations aligns with a proposed infiltration gallery, but the other two do not. Please
conduct additional soils testing in the location of the proposed infiltration galleries to
confirm that the proposal is feasible.
