Subject: Letter of Incomplete Application for Cook ADU (PLN20150058)
Dear Eric,
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed the application for an
accessory dwelling unit at the property located at 632 Maple Street for completeness. Pursuant
to Sections 20.02.002 and 20.21.025 of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC), I
have determined the application is incomplete. The following items are required before the
application can be deemed complete:
1. Cover letter. Please submit a cover letter explaining how each of the ADU criteria in
ECDC 20.21.030 will be met by the proposal.
Please note that the application will be placed on hold until a response is received regarding the
above item(s). According to ECDC 20.02.003.D, the requested information must be submitted
within 90 days or the application will expire.
