Subject: Letter of Incomplete Application for Lot Line Adjustment (PLN20160002)
Dear Bob,
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed the above application for
completeness. Pursuant to Sections 20.02.002 and 20.75.050 of the Edmonds Community
Development Code (ECDC), I have determined the application is incomplete. The following
items are required before the application can be deemed complete:
1. Land use application signature and title report: Whether the adjustment includes
315 8th or 734/736 Sprague, a title report for that parcel is required as is the owner's
signature on the existing land use application or a separate land use application.
2. Updated lot line adiustment map: The maps submitted on February 5 must be
updated to show whichever parcels are ultimately being adjusted.
Please note that the application will be placed on hold until a response is received regarding the
above item(s). According to ECDC 20.02.003.13, the requested information must be submitted
within 90 days or the application will expire.
