Subject: Notice of Final Decision for Short Subdivision File No. PLN20160012
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as the notice of final decision regarding the above -referenced project pursuant to
Section 20.06.009.A of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC). WFLB Investments, LLC
has received final short plat approval for the four -lot short subdivision located at 19125 94th Ave. W
and 9302 192nd Place W, Edmonds, WA (Parcel Nos. 00434600005203 & 00434600005201).
The applicant received preliminary short plat approval on October 19, 2016 and submitted documents
for final approval on August 14, 2017. Staff reviewed the final short plat documents, as well as revised
submittals, and determined that all conditions of preliminary approval have been satisfied. The
applicant has completed all of the requirements of the preliminary short plat approval or, in the case
of some Engineering Division requirements, a performance bond has been posted to ensure
completion. Upon completion of required improvements, maintenance bonds will be posted as
required.
The final short plat documents have been signed and are ready for recording with the Snohomish
County Auditor. According to ECDC 20.06.009.A, the affected property owners may request a change
in property tax valuation notwithstanding any program of revaluation.
