Dear Mr. Johnson,
We have reviewed the final short plat materials submitted August 29, 2017 and found the following
information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can continue:
GENERAL
❑ All pages of the final documents must comply with the Snohomish County Auditor's
recording requirements.
❑ Note that all signatures on final documents must be made in black ink.
❑ Appropriate taxes must be paid to the County Treasurer before the final short plat can be
filed with the County Assessor.
SHEET 1
❑ Under Restrictions, it states the dedication is proposed. The dedication is part of the final
recording. The word "proposed" is inaccurate here.
❑ Add titles "Director of Public Works" and "Development Services Director" to Engineering
and Planning signature boxes respectively.
SHEET 2
11 Setbacks do not vest with the plat. Please remove building setback boundary lines.
❑ Add easement for Lot 3 sewer and stormwater crossing Lot 2.
❑ Show the stormwater easements on the drawing.
❑ Show the sewer easements on the drawing.
❑ Add the new addresses for the lots.
