SUBJECT: NOTICE OF COMPLETENESS FOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT APPLICATION
LOCATED AT 21916 AND 21900 93RD PLACE WEST

Dear Mr. Martinez:
Your land use application for a lot line adjustment located at 21916 and 21900 (File No. PLN20160058)
became procedurally complete pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002 on
December 5", 2016. During staff's review of your application, however, it was determined that additional
information/clarification is necessary. Please provide responses to the following items at your earliest
convenience so that staff's review of the proposal can continue:
1. Please have your surveyor provide the following items on the plot plan:
❑ Please label each parcel with a letter (i.e. Parcel A and Parcel B) and label each legal
description with the associated parcel identifier.
2. Be aware that Snohomish County will require prepayment of any property taxes due on all
parcels involved in the lot line adjustment before recording.
Please submit the above information to the Planning Division as soon as possible so that staff may continue
processing your application. Please keep in mind that a complete response to this information request must
be received within 90 days or the application will lapse for lack of information (ECDC 20.02.003.D).
Thus, your application will expire if the requested information is not received by March 121h, 2016.
