Engineering has reviewed the accessory dwelling unit application for the subject aplication.
The information provided is consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development
Code & Engineering standards.
The applicant has demonstrated that the three required parking stalls can be provided on site.
Compliance with Engineering codes and construction standards will be reviewed with the
building permit application for development of the site. Approval of the design review phase
of the project does not constitute approval of the improvements as shown on the submitted
plans.
