Dear Elisha,
I have received your letter of April 11, 2019 requesting an extension of the design review
approval for the HomeStreet Bank project at 614-616 5th Avenue South. That project was
approved by the Architectural Design Board on October 18, 2017 and due to expire on April 18,
2019.
Based on the letter and fee submitted, I am granting a one-time one-year extension of
PLN20170024 as allowed in ECDC 20.12.090.B. The design review is now valid through April 18,
2020. A complete building permit application must be submitted by that date or the design
review will expire and have no further validity. No additional extension of the design review
approval can be permitted.
