Thank you for providing a response on March 13, 2018 in response to staff s request for additional
information regarding your land use application for a lot line adjustment located at 19511 94' Pl. W and
9055 196th St. SW. The proposal includes a request for a street vacation along the portion of Excelsior
Place adjacent to the subject site. Your street vacation application has been assigned File No.
PLN20180021. Please note that since the street vacation application process is a legislative process, the
lot line adjustment application cannot be reviewed concurrently with the street vacation application. As
such, your two applications will be processed individually, with the street vacation application being
processed first, per ECDC 20.01.002.
The street vacation process can take several months, and any comments related to the street vacation
application will be sent to you separately as part of the review of the street vacation application (File No.
PLN20180021). Pursuant to ECDC 20.06.009, please provide written acknowledgement that the
timeline necessary to process the pending street vacation application (File No. PLN20180021) will
delay the standard 120-day timeline for reviewing and issuing a decision on the subject lot line
adjustment application (File No. PLN20170050).
